We are not on track for that at all, the current governor is digging his heels in on enacting it. Ohio is trying to find ways to dismantle the weed initiative from the election.

If Biden is re-elected, he needs to just get it taken care of at a federal level... he's got nothing to lose, it's the right thing to do.
