He's not all that interested in legalizing it federally but it's about time for it to happen. This state by state way of doing things

It's also seriously hurting the industry (that many states are relying on significantly for tax revenues). There are big costs to being an all cash

we have a healthy black market here since home grow is legal, it's fairly low risk to carry some around. -- nm
