lowest dose of methylphenidate, made me jittery, gave me a low grade headache, and spiked my blood pressure (180/80, HR of 92).

so. i guess i try some anti-anxiety medications and see if that dislodges some of my adhd tendencies.

  - Yeah, I am pretty sure I could not jump into treatment at this point. And that is even with my sister the shrink willing to help. - Spawn Dec 5, 13:17
