i pay just under $850, which seems crazy, but it covers everything. Heat, water, electricity, even a big cable tv package AND high speed internet.

and we have a pool, gym, billiards room, even a ping pong room and a 'yoga' room (and empty room with nice floors and mirrors.)
oh, and tennis courts.
and i never pay for a roof repair, or a broken furnace, i don't shovel snow, we have nice gardens, etc.
