More on our Return to Office Policy as folx have started getting sternly worded emails when they don't come in 3 times a week -

The New Attendance Math:

5 times a week = 3x a week
4 times a week = 3x a week
(there is no carryover into the next week so don't even try it.)
3 times a week = 3x a week
2 times a week = 0
1 time a week = 0

It's just one more way they're thanking us for shepherding the company thru a global lockdown.

- We're currently mildly encouraging people to come in twice a week between T-Th. Next year the plan is to make it "mandatory" to come in on Tuesdays. - pmb Dec 7, 08:11 6

Our CEO made the overriding call to have Work-From-Home a standard with Collab Hubs in certain cities. All Office Real Estate is being sold-off. -- nm - budice Dec 7, 07:50 1
