we have been in the office full time for about a year and a half, and people are leaving for hybrid/wfh jobs. This is the concession for 2024:

(1) everyone gets an extra $175/month to contribute to parking/gas/transit, whatever transport costs you have.
(2) we get 10 flex WFH days for the days you need to be at home for whatever reason (sick kid, cable guy, whatever.)
I mean, better, i guess.
