I think the expectation here is 60% of working days monitored over a four-week period.

Not sure how they handle fractional days as a result of holidays, etc. changing the denominator.

We're currently mildly encouraging people to come in twice a week between T-Th. Next year the plan is to make it "mandatory" to come in on Tuesdays. - pmb Dec 7, 08:11 6
