We're currently mildly encouraging people to come in twice a week between T-Th. Next year the plan is to make it "mandatory" to come in on Tuesdays.

The idea is to have everyone in the office together at least once a week to keep people connected. Still encourage twice a week with things like bringing in nice lunches on Wednesdays for everyone and other perks. I also put quotes around "mandatory" because nobody is going to really check if you miss days here and there, but if there's a pattern or a lack of effort to come in somebody will talk to you.
