Avocado is one I don't get but I don't dislike it and wouldn't ban it if I were emperor.

There's such a narrow window to get it fresh and even then I just don't see how it adds anything.
I also prefer acidic salsas with tomato or chilis rather than fatty salsas, and I'd rather butter or cream cheese on toast.
I'm happy every avocado eater is happy, it just doesn't click for me.
