Every decision they made after Rodgers went down was wrong. They definitely should have brought in Flacco but hindsight and all that.

They had to know they were punting away the season with Wilson at QB. If they didn't then they should all be fired. To be honest, not sure the GM deserves another draft and free agency at this point. He has failed more than he's been right and didn't do much of anything to build a OL in front of his QBs. It cost him the development of Wilson and it cost him Rodgers after four plays.
