He already said he's bringing back Douglas and Saleh. I'm sure his thinking is that the injury to Rodgers derailed the season and it wasn't their fault. Despite the mountain of evidence that Douglas is not doing a good job he's sticking with him.
If they don't have 2-3 new, quality OL guys and a WR at the start of training camp this team is not going to do much. The defense is very good but they can't keep everyone so guys will leave and things will change there as well.
I'm so tired of living for the draft and offseason. I'm tired of the season being over before Thanksgiving. I'm tired of being a Jets fan.
