This week, I bought new baking sheets & replaced all of my ziploc containers with glass-based ones that have plastic lids.

The ziploc ones had been used for many years. End of the road for them.

I'm not sure how much I'll like the glass containers. But I'm very intrigued that I might be able to use them to bake individual-serving lasagnas. Using them for baking wasn't in my original plan, but supposedly they can handle it just fine.
