Here's my video game nonsense from the past week...

I played NHL 24 and haaaaaaaated it. just hated it.

So, I asked for a refund, which Microsoft granted.

Then, I got a notification from EA Play that NHL 23 was free with subscription, which I have.

So, I played that and grew frustrated. Then, I watched YouTube videos of how to win at Franchise Mode.

Once I started winning, I got a bit obsessed. It's like a neverending onslaught of fantasy trades!!!

After I played it so much, I felt guilty about the return. Then, EA put NHL 24 on sale for five dollars cheaper than the previous week.

So, I bought it again and have played it a lot this weekend.

It's no NBA 2K24, though. That game is fucking incredible with its franchise mode.
