143 Hours vacation rolled over to sick. I now have about 6 months of sick leave built up.

It can be put towards retirement. Or, I should totally just figure out how to take 6 months off, right?

I can cash out up to 100 hours of vacation time every year, so long as I maintain a certain minimum balance. So that's what I did. -- nm

This is why our company policy is use it or lose it. They want us to take that time off. No roll-overs.

Vacation is capped at 240, another over rolls to sick at the first of the year and you are reset to 240 vacation.
