I sucked as a programmer, a system crash wiped out hours of work, I faced a deadline, and I panicked.
One of my worst moments in life because it negatively impacted others who had done nothing wrong.

I was going to say I plagiarized but I don't think it counts when I did a report with the book in my hand.

I graduated with a computer science degree. We had a capstone project to write a chess game in C++. Most of that project wasn't my work.
