Generally, Amazon throws in a dollar or two if you're willing to wait a few more days on orders. In fact, sometimes, you'll choose no-rush, and the items will arrive on the same date anyway.
If you do this two or three times a month, the credits will stack and pay for the ad-free service. We just got $4.60 in credit today that pays for the first six weeks.
