The Holdovers slips into #2 in my list of movies for 2023. About 20 minutes too long. Here's my 2023 list.

1 - Barbie
2 - The Holdovers
3 - Saltburn
4 - Tetris
5 - The Super Mario Bros. Movie
6 - Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3
7 - Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
8 - The Killer
9 - Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
10 - They Cloned Tyrone
- Ant-Man and the Wasp
- Haunted Mansion (Owen Wilson brings this movie up several notches)
- Extraction 2
- The Machine
- A Haunting in Venice
- John Wick: Chapter 4
- Peter Pan & Wendy (When I think back to Disney's "Peter Pan movie", I hope I remember this one instead of the animated one.)
- Genie (Ultimately forgettable.)
- We Have a Ghost (WTF? This movie isn't a comedy!)
- Elemental (Predictable.)
- No Hard Feelings (Very little redeeming about this movie other than the gratuitous nudity.)
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem
- Totally Killer (They could have at least *tried*!)
- The Flash
- Flamin' Hot
- The Little Mermaid (Unnecessary.)
- 65
- Candy Cane Lane
- Asteroid City (You wanna be David Lynch? Because this is how you become David Lynch.)
- Joy Ride (It ranks lower because I *wanted* it to be better.)
- Cocaine Bear
- Shazam! Fury of the Gods
- Please Don't Destroy: The Treasure of Foggy Mountain (It's nice when they embrace the fact that they're making crap.)
- Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (This movie makes me angry.)
- Heart of Stone (I feel stupider for watching watched this.)
- You People (Have I ever quit a movie before? I quit this one halfway through.)
Clearly there's a number of movies I haven't seen, including MI:7 and Oppenheimer, but this list subject to chage.
