DC Comics have informed Marvel that DC owns the character Machine Man and not Marvel

It's a character (D list at best) who was created by Jack Kirby when he was doing an adaption of 2001 A Space Odyssey. Which is a Warner Brothers movie.

The character was featured in that series thus DC, which is owned by Warner Brothers, owns that character....
