I was on the subway a few weeks ago and there were a couple of guys from Alberta (I guess?) sitting opposite from me.

They were two guys who were used to speaking loudly and they had one of those conversations where everything was said three times.

Here’s their conversation, basically verbatim:

“A while back I had a hoose in Calgee”
“You had a hoose in Calgee?”
“I had a hoose in Calgee. And you know who lived next door?”
“…”
“Bret Hart the wrestler”
“Bret Hart the wrestler?”
“That’s right. Bret Hart the wrestler”
