i wouldn't call Hamilton a suburb, but for ST purposes calling Burlington a suburb seems fair. It is a city, about 45 minutes out of Toronto, and -- (edited)

Hee, guess I'm thinking back to when my Dad worked in Burlington and they lived in Oakville. Toronto was waaay up the lakeshore ;)
