in daily commuting, it's not an issue. I'm not driving 200 km a day, so I get back with "half a tank". I never even charge to full

unless I'm specifically going on a long drive. I've never noticed any range loss from extra passengers.
Ireland isn't going to get the cold temperatures that are actually going to impact the range to that degree.
