I do in my EV but only because I have Auto Hold which, when activated, will keep the car in place

that's what so confusing. I guess maybe they could've thought that their auto hold was on and it wasn't but I still struggle to see how the car was rolling backwards on a relatively flat street the second time (I left about a car and half's length in front of me that time)
