In the filing he said that the divorce case was accidentally not sealed at first and that’s how he got the info. -- (edited)

He was trying to get the divorce case unsealed so that he could present the evidence in the RICO case is the reason he filed the third party motion.
FWIW, he’s not Trump’s lawyer. He’s one of the other defendant’s lawyers and from what I’ve seen from others isn’t a nut job.
