Expend4bles would sweep my list with additional categories for set design and cinematography.

I have low expectations for that series but would still give it a chance for the sake of some mindless action and they still threw under with 1990s-era quality junk. That seemed to be an issue with a bunch of movies - Dial of Destiny's final sequence looked like it was made for a SciFi direct-to-video release.
Oppenheimer for most overhyped, ruined by aimless and incessant music playing over dialogue and unnecessary black & white with excessive contrast. I was too distracted thinking about the annoyances to consider anything that might have been good in the movie. About the only thing I found interesting was the squabbling between scientists and how they were going to problem-solve.
