09-006 replaces 08-061, so there would be no need to install 08-061 on a new server. But a server with 08-061 already installed would still need 09-006 installed, right? MS didn't re-release the same patch, did they?

I don't know the specifics of the patches, but my assumption would be you'd want the newest version of that patch that does 'that thing' -- nm
