no. but reality is different than mary-land. if the question is a yes-or-no with one good reply and one bad one,

then no reply is equivalent to the bad answer.
"feel free not to answer, but did you bang MTM?"
"uh, I'm not going to answer."
yeah. I totally banged MTM in this situation.
