I’ve always had two - like I have nothing to hide, but no.

I have had a work iPhone since we stopped regularly using blackberries, so a long time - after returning after big accident, so 2010 maybe?
wordy warning:
I use my work phone *a lot* especially since my iPad died and the only replacement offered is too huge for me to use regularly. since late 2022, I have had to switch up mobiles and laptop to help keep a hand issue from getting too bad; but I was already using mobiles a lot starting before the covid shutdown and increasing during it when wfh. some things aren’t as easy as my android personal phones have been, but I’ve gotten used to most apps (including microsoft office suite, etc.)
some iOS switches were the worst, along with a whole slew of new things after a big company change; but regular work stuff isn’t so bad once it’s learned (which can take some time even for calendaring).
I’d never buy an iPhone for personal use. free…maybe.
