But the main judge wanted to pontificate about how not every kid deserves special education. He clearly didn't read the facts of the case or her briefly thoroughly. He just wanted to bluster and was weirdly concentrated on the fact that the previous ruling was "thorough".

Two of the judges are Trump appointees. The judge going off on tangents was appointed by Reagan.
