You guys hired a Defensive Coordinator who in 3 years never finished in the top 12 in either Points Allowed / Yards Allowed / Turnover Margin

I'm not sure what that hire signals but I'm pretty sure I don't like it.
It's not like you guys are the Panthers who shouldn't have any competent candidate happy about the job.
