Reuters claims SpaceX workplace injuries go unreported. How can they not report them? Self insured for Workers Comp?

Heck, if I go to the Doc for the sniffles the first thing they ask is "is this due to a workplace incident"

Ah, so workers comp, OSHA, et al, all knew about it. But wasn't on their corp reporting so didn't hit the public/shareholders. -- nm
