but it will sting - big number in cash not just assets probably close to $120 mil to be followed by the fraud case that will likely be north of $300 mil.
That's a bad couple of days
the appeal will be on legal errors and we don't know what objections were made and how sound they were - very rare to have a case overturned on appeal especially in federal court - like less than 5% and maybe closer to 2% have a significant legal error
factual stuff and money ii usually sound discretion of fact finder so that will be tough
