…without a license, and “in a purse” doesn’t count as a concealed carry in the first place. It has to be holstered regardless if concealed or by using ‘constitutional carry.’
She probably won’t be charged and the grocery store probably won’t try to put pressure on law enforcement to do it. She could get banned from the store, perhaps.
Also, she’s expected to make a full recovery, though not from her stupidity.
