I have to say that my spelling is really getting bad with spellcheck included in browsers/email programs now.

Anymore, I usually don't try to remember the correct spelling of a word I'm stuck on - I just type out what I think it is and look for the misspelling indicator.
If the word is misspelled, I usually don't really make a note of the correct spelling for the future.
