Allen Winsor is the former Solicitor General for the State of Florida. Trump appointed him in early 2019 and the Senate confirmed him that June.

Unlike most of Trump's judicial appointees, this guy has all the knowledge and experience to do the job of a federal judge. At least on paper. But he is almost certainly an ideologue and Trump sycophant.
