St. Georges. Don't remember exactly where, but near the Moulin Rouge. The first evening after dinner the teachers decided we should all go out for a walk and see the sites at night. So we all walk up to the Moulin Rouge, only for them to realise that street is like 90% live sex clubs. So there's 30 13-15 year-olds walking down the central boulevard with pimps, prostitutes, and touts trying to solicit us into their particular live sex club. We did not go for any more evening outings.

Also just to specifically date that trip, it's also when I saw Barton Fink in theatres, because again: appropriate things for a grade 8 outing.
