The groundhog is too big (but that may be an artistic choice). Gibberish letters on the booze. One player is holding cards (but no cards).

Plus, as you pointed out, the thumb/index finger. The other player is holding only one card, but his thumb appears to be going through it, and it's not a normal playing card. The posters on the wall are also gibberish.
