SITV: What are these prestige shows on Apple TV+ that are like what HBO usually does? Slow Horses and what else? Ted Lasso?

I didn't see that article that was discussed but I'd love to know what shows they have that are like HBO. Also, do they do documentaries like HBO who make phenomenal docs.
