I don't see them actually punting him off the ballot -- I'm just not sure which logic they use.

The "not an officer" thing is bullshit -- It's literally in the oath as the Office of President -- so please tell me how that's not an officer?

I'm leaning they get around it by saying he wasn't proven guilty, nor renounced his oath by swearing allegiance to another traitorous nation.
