In response to "2/3's of that list are capitals. I was expecting something a bit more off the beaten track. (NM)" by Marlowe

I don't mind them using capitals (though odd that most of them are). However, some are questionable for 'under-the-radar'.

Brussels? Vienna?

A lot of the Eastern Europe (not you Prague) stuff is on the list makes sense. In western Europe, I expected more secondary cities though.
