leasing to buy is always more expensive than just buying from the start. both have benefits, but cases for leasing are narrow.

leasing is up front low cost, in the end higher cost.
buying is up front more, cheaper long term... and you could get stuck with costly repairs that you won't get in leasing.
it's a gamble either way. cars are a lot more reliable these days, buying is a better prospect, but i can get why leasing would appeal.
if you plan to buy it out though, i wouldn't lease...
