(A great) follow-up to my health stuff from January. I got the results of my hear monitor back.

Whenever I or a doctor *take* it, it is way high. Wore the monitor for a week. It comes out my average heart rate is in normal range.

While sleeping it varied from 60bpm to 155bpm.

But the average being normal was a shock. A very good one, though.
