Typically we cut the hot dogs into 3rds as they fit better in the crescent roll. For the cheese, tear a slice into 3rds and then in half so you get small pieces (6 per slice). Then put 2 small pieces on the crescent, then the hotdog, and then wrap it up snug so the cheese doesn't all leak out.
