Sure the Yanks would have to pay extra and I don't think it's a bad deal if they can keep Halladay longer than 2 years.

But even if they didn't and they went on to win the series, it would be worth it.
I'd be hesitant to give up both but I'd probably make the deal in the end.
You never know what you're getting with young players and Halladay is a proven #1 pitcher.
