I think it’s a mix. it’s ok to vent fear, like I have expressed that about not getting ahead of personal economy concerns.

also some things that may prevent past voters from stepping up again - israel, etc.
that’s different than spending too much time on twitter or other sm that amplifies everything, doesn’t represent reality, and can make feelings worse in really not good ways.
