our outbacks varied by location and even inside some - the one we went to the most was half cozier/quieter, half open and noisier, with a bar and

multiple tvs along its back. even on the quieter side, would have served a wooer to be strategic about seating; and avoiding going if there were local team or big games on would have been best. “our love is like a bloomin’ rose, er, onion..”? heh.
