Have you used the slow cooker function on the IP before?

If not, just be aware that it only heats from the bottom, not all around like a slow cooker. So it affects cooking time by a fair bit.

- It’s only cooking everything from the bottom up, so a pot of chili will take much longer to cook. - kelly Feb 9, 13:05
