Everyone pushes it to the line in their 20s and 30s, you're like a startup that's choosing growth over profitability. I think it's a fair observation

by millenials (and younger gen-x) that during their "living paycheck to paycheck" years they didn't get as far up the ladder as boomers. But they'll also live and work longer than boomers, so perhaps they'll make it up on the back end. More boomers retiring every day.
