To expand a little... an AI LLM trained in English isn't going to provide great solutions in Japan.

And countries where there are multiple language groups, eg India, will want to ensure all of their citizens have access to AI services.
Similarly, different countries will have different needs. Training a medical chatbot to serve Americans will have to be programmed differently to a medical chatbot in Indonesia.
Every country is going to want to have its own laws and rules about how data is used, and many countries will not want to share their citizens' data outside the country (with good reason)
And many countries don't to have their AI solutions by another country (or a company accountable to another country). Put simply, what would happen if that other country turned off their AI?
