Shocker! More houses sell in June than in May! Bottom line: 21.3% drop year-over-year. Median price down 12%.

and the number they are basing the 11% off of is the seasonally adjusted annual rate, so it takes month-to-month differences into account. -- (link)

I'm saying that saying sales are up from May to June is like saying the sky is blue. But saying the sky is blue doesn't make the DOW go up.
