That's a good point. I am using them as long-term savings.

I already rotated some earlier this year. It's an easy thing to rotate the rest, but that cuts into what I can potentially buy this year, so it all comes down to (a) how much I want to keep there and (b) whether I think the base rate will still be generous next year.
